Chief Financial Officer
J. Linloy Cox, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, in charge of both the controllership and treasury functions. He directs the staff of the Finance department and provides financial and tax guidance to the Association, its branches, college chapters and youth councils.
In 1987, J. Linloy Cox graduated Summa Cum Laude from Howard University - a historically black college and university in the District of Columbia - with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. In 1992, he received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Prior to joining the Association in 1999, J. Linloy Cox worked in the public accounting profession for over twelve years, including three years with Deloitte and Touche, a Big 4 public accounting firm.
