Reginald F. Lewis Youth Entrepreneurial Institute

Program Enrollment

The NAACP Reginald F. Lewis Youth Entrepreneurial Institute is designed to provide high school students, ages 14-17, with an opportunity to learn how to develop a business idea into a successful business venture. Many of the Reginald F. Lewis Youth Entrepreneurial Institute participants are from low-moderate income communities and lack access to information, technology, and other valuable resources that are imperative for our youth to be successful in both the short- and long-term. Students selected for the program are recruited through their high schools, community organizations, churches, and local NAACP affiliates. A total of 20 students are selected for participation in each city, with an annual total of 180 students participating in each program year.
