Citizenship for Some but Not All: a New Resolution Heightens the Attack on Citizenship

The headline reads like a quote from the dark side of America’s history: citizenship for some but not all.  It almost sounds laughable until your realize that it is not a joke and it is not a blast from the past.  Senators Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and David Vitter (R-Louisiana) have introduced a resolution which would deny citizenship to children born in the United States to undocumented immigrants.
