Kemba Smith Pradia Fights for Voting Rights of the Formerly Incarcerated Before the United Nations.

On March 14th, 2012, Kemba Smith Pradia provided testimony before the United Nations about the struggle for formerly incarcerated people in many U.S. States as they attempt to regain their voting rights. Ms. Smith was part of a delegation by the NAACP to bring the topic of voting rights before the UN's Human Rights Commission.
