NAACP Units: Grants Available for Financial Freedom Campaign Satellite Program

The NAACP Financial Freedom Campaign is launching a request for participation for compliant units to participate in our Financial Freedom Campaign Satellite program. Units who participate in this program will implement a yearlong financial education series which will equate to offering 5 education sessions over the 1-year period.
The primary purpose of the Satellite program is to engage members and community members in discussion about Financial Literacy and to provide resources to individuals who are struggling with economic issues either individually or collectively.
All units will receive a micro-grant to facilitate the organization of the education series. In addition, units who participate in the program will be provided training, technical assistance and other forms of support in order to maximize the success of the program.
