Dawn C. Chase
Manager, Diversity & Inclusion
Dawn Chase serves as the Manager of Diversity & Inclusion for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Ms. Chase primary role is to cultivate partnerships and programs that create opportunity for enhancing the economic stability of people of color. She is also responsible for managing over fifty corporate partnerships that support our corporate fairness and diversity initiative.
Ms. Chase has served the NAACP, working on issues related to Economic Empowerment for more than ten years. She joined the NAACP in 1996 to support the NAACP's Maryland Community Development Resource Center and subsequently coordinated the Economic Reciprocity Initiative. With a passion for issues related to economic justice, Ms. Chase has used her tenure to rise up through the ranks of the NAACP and take on the post she now holds.
