Board Member: Harold Crumpton
From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Crumpton served as a commissioner of the Missouri Public Service Commission. He was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company from 1973 until his retirement in 1992. On his own time and with the assistance of key members of the United States Congress and other telecommunications professionals, Mr. Crumpton developed a national professional telecommunications organization of more than 2,500 members. He currently serves as chairman of the Paula J. Carter Charitable Foundation and as president of the St. Louis City Branch of the NAACP.
He has also served on a number of boards in Missouri, Florida and Washington, D.C.
