The NAACP Reginald F. Lewis Youth Entrepreneurial Institute is an out-of-school based program offered through a partnership with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) in nine cities across the country.

Program Goals and Expected Outcomes
The goal of the NAACP Reginald F. Lewis Youth Entrepreneurial Institute is to inspire youth to view entrepreneurship as an option for success and to teach them the business skills, leadership, and confidence required to become successful business owners and productive citizens contributing to the continued economic development in their communities.
