ACE Dialysis Health
Imperative for Access, Choice, and Equity
The ACE Dialysis Health Imperative for Access, Choice, and Equity is designed to inform African Americans about dialysis options available for those living with kidney disease and how to access the best services locally based on their needs. The project is a partnership between the NAACP, the Alliance for Home Dialysis, and sponsor Baxter International.
During the current phase, NAACP state conferences in Regions I, III and V will receive support to share valuable information with their constituents about preventing and treating kidney disease, including home dialysis therapies.
A series of town halls will take place in NY, PA, CA, and TN.
